The pale trunks of the redgums are spectacular in the vehicle headlights and would make a great picture given the right technique.Duncanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12182951711946882353noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5835532789424095913.post-75362095150725881842008-04-14T17:45:00.000-05:002008-04-14T17:45:00.000-05:00Texican: Amen to that, when coon hunting and the d...Texican: Amen to that, when coon hunting and the dog runs off.

Donald: Uniform sky lighting at twilight.Texas Travelershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16250697065385437368noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5835532789424095913.post-51989214315883993442008-04-14T17:23:00.000-05:002008-04-14T17:23:00.000-05:00Great shot, Troy! They were stunning, and he did a pretty good job of keeping detail and not letting them go stark white.

So, can I ask how you did this shot? I know you desaturated it, but what kind of illumination? Nice tones and composition.AphotoAdayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08581940419934089601noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5835532789424095913.post-17703640879574884542008-04-14T17:09:00.000-05:002008-04-14T17:09:00.000-05:00No wonder folks think they see boogers in the dark...No wonder folks think they see boogers in the darkness. Old trees are some of the worst offenders when you are out alone at night far from familiar surroundings. I've seen all sorts of threatening things on a moon lit night.Pappyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13118854996343714131noreply@blogger.com
